This is what happens when it gets busy and you OVER WORK your truck!  Cool  I sheared the lugs off even with the hub. I was only able to find 1 of the wheels. Thats not bad, as they passed me going 65 mph down the freeway. The Dodge dealer in Nephi, UT was amazing. They had the truck back to me in under 24 hours for @ $550.00. The tow bill was $250.00.
