When you are putting your load together from a load board, make sure and get the credit rating on the shipper / broker. Most load boards offer this service, and its worth the extra money. Typically, any rating under 80% should be handled with caution. I would recommend running these cars on a COD basis only. If you deliver a vehicle, you want to make sure you are going to get payed in a reasonable amount of time. Some brokers are running their bills out to 60 days now. I WILL NOT SUPPORT THAT!!! Two times in the last 3 weeks I have recieved confirmations from brokers that state they pay their bill in 30-60 days. I circled the "60 days" and faxed them back saying "No thanks, I dont wait that long to get payed". If they put that on the confirmation, chances are you will not get your money for 80 days.
